I need help with Pivot Table and Data, Excel
Hi,
I have made 2 seperated excel data, 1 from exactly January 2025, and the other one is from the complete data I've received from the company.
The problem is both shows different Grand Total when the daily breakdown is exactly the same. And when I do a =SUM on a different cell, the results keep showing they're different. Can you help? I'm really confused.
Note: This is a side by side comparison
Note: This is when I do my own =SUM
Where did I do wrong?

The values for January 10 have doubled in the right-hand table in comparison to the left-hand table.

Hi tomjal48, it appears the value on 01/10/2025 is double counting. Value on 01/10/2025 is Rp 27,823,000 while in the file on the right it is Rp 55,646,000.
You may need to drill down on that date to figure out why the value is double counting.
I have attached a check on the date you shared.
Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
