I need help with a Sumif formula

Question

This is totally wrecking my head but I'm looking for a formula for mileage

1201CC TO 1500CC - 0KM TO 1500KM this month: 90 accumulative: 317

So what I want to know is if the accumulative figure is over 1500 then multiply this month by 73c if it is less than 1500 mutiply by 39c

ie: IF 317>1500, 90*73c, if 317<1500, 90*39c

That could be
=A1*(39+34*(B1&gt;1500))
where A1=this month; B1=cumulative
