I dont have UNIQUE function

UNIQUE is not available in Excel 2019. You'd need to upgrade to Office 2021, Office 2024 or Microsoft 365.
There are many other new functions: LET, LAMBDA, TEXTSPLIT, TEXTJOIN, TEXTBEFORE, TEXTAFTER, TAKE, DROP, SCAN, MAP, ARRAYTOTEXT, BYROW, BYCOL, TOROW, TOCOL, CHOOSECOLS, CHOOSEROWS, ...
