I broke my spreadsheet dropdowns
Somehow, the dropdowns (data validation list) stopped working within my entire workbook. It is the "Weekly Schedule Planner" template that Excel offers. I added 2 additional picks to the list. Then I...
The missing dropdown arrows usually mean the In-cell dropdown option got unchecked or Excel is hiding objects. Re-enable it by selecting the affected cells → Data > Data Validation > Settings → ensure “In-cell dropdown” is checked. Also check File > Options > Advanced > Display options for this workbook → make sure “Show all objects” is selected (not “Hide objects”).
Thanks, Kidd_Ip! The Advanced Setting is what was changed. No idea how, I've never touched those settings.
