I am unable to understand issue here

After taking help for Microsoft Community I prepared a worksheet so facilitate my work. Everything works fine in Excel without any issues whatsoever.

But when I import same excel sheet to google sheets, I get error as below

    Ramu2603 The link gives "Unauthorized", so please send one that gives full access.

     

    Then, Excel is NOT Google sheets. Although some formulas may work the same, others will not. What formula is in the cells that return the Value error?
