I am unable to understand issue here
After taking help for Microsoft Community I prepared a worksheet so facilitate my work. Everything works fine in Excel without any issues whatsoever. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PY4bD...

Then, Excel is NOT Google sheets. Although some formulas may work the same, others will not. What formula is in the cells that return the Value error?
