Hyperlinks In Excel No Longer Working...
The hyperlinks used to work but I just noticed that when I try clicking on them, nothing happens. I don't get an error or anything, just nothing happens. I think the best way to explain my issue is watching my quick video I just uploaded...

...also, I tried going to File>Options>Add-ins>Manage>COM Add-ins>Go and I unselected any add-ins but that didn't work. I then tried another setting in Options that I found online https://excelribbon.tips.net/T013403_Hyperlinks_No_Longer_Work_in_a_Workbook.html but that didn't work either.
The issue started maybe a couple of months ago and I thought maybe an update or something changed this feature or disabled and I finally got time to post this here today.
Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks in advance!

Are the hyperlinks in the same worksheet or workbook?
...or external hyperlinks to a web page or other workbook?
Which Excel version, operating system, storage medium?
File (without sensitive data) or photos would be an advantage to get an accurate solution proposal.
