How would I add to this formula so it will incorporate multiple rows not just A5 ...
=SORT(FILTER(A2:A99,ISNUMBER(SEARCH(Report!A5,A2:A99)),"not found"))
Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions. ๐

DonYTechGuy I guess you need to incorporate UNIQUE in your formula. Difficult to say without knowing what you are searching for from the sheet "Report".
If you want to have a list of doctors from column A, just enter:
=UNIQUE(A2:A99)- DonYTechGuyCopper Contributor
Riny_van_Eekelen Hi Riny_van_Eekelen I made a very quick video on how I would like the cell to work. Please consider viewing and helping me. Thanks! Don Y ... Link to video ... https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UJdYxnXbs9yfLQLRKZMMwD3OPz9-N-Wz/view

DonYTechGuy I see. You are after a "searchable dropbox". The solutions found on the web work for one cell only. Precisely as you described in your video.
The attached file has a work-around so that works for multiple cells, one after the other and always at the last one in your list. Play around with it and see if you can get it to work. Otherwise, I can have a look at it tomorrow. Its 8:30pm in my part of the world and I have plans for the evening.
