How to use a date time stamp to determine the hour a call came in
I work at a call center and can extract the date time stamp of a call. I need to know the busiest hours of the day. I can format the date to only show the time, but if I then try to use an if state...
Let's say the time stamps are in D2 and down.
In another cell in row 2, enter the formula =MOD(D2,1) and format it as time if you want the time, or =HOUR(D2) if you only want the hour.
Then fill down.
