how to turn off Excel autocomplete USING A MAC

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to turn off the automatic completion of an excel cell, but all of the instructions I find are for the PC version of Excel. They say to "go to the 'files' tab on the ribbon" but there is no files tab on the ribbon in the Mac version! (at least none that I can see...)

Please help
