How to tell this formula to not include dates that are on weekends?

So I have the formula set up to take my arrival date and subtract 5 days from the arrival date. But I want the formula to not give me days that are on Saturday or Sunday. I would like it to pretend ...

Try it with WORKDAY:

=WORKDAY([@[Arrival date]],-5)
