How to see a date with different languages on the cell

Tt. MM.YYYY, - "Seed:" hh.mm [a-tr-TR]TTD -> when I tried to this formula all sentence written in English but I need to see like below format:
Turkish (Eng) 11.11 - "Saat" 12.00
Çarşamba (Wed) 11.11 - Saat: 12.00
I'm looking a way to see both Turkish and English in same cell when I write just the date and clock
