How to print rows based on its quantity in a different table?
Hello wonderful community,
I have a table of Material List and its respective quantity. In a different output table, I want to be able to print the Material into rows depending on its number of quantity (see table below). Does anybody know how to do this in a single formula? I'm a beginner in excel so hopefully there's a simple solution for this.
| Ref List | Label Qty | Bartender List | |||
| G64100 | 3 | G64100 | |||
| G64213 | 1 | G64100 | |||
| G68604 | 1 | G64100 | |||
| G71401 | 2 | G64213 | |||
| G74103 | 5 | G68604 | |||
| G71401 | |||||
| G71401 | |||||
| G74103 | |||||
| G74103 | |||||
| G74103 | |||||
| G74103 | |||||
| G74103 |
Thanks!

afzalbaharudin If you wish to go with excel formulas only then could try-
=UNIQUE(CHOOSE({1,2},D2:D13,COUNTIFS(D2:D13,D2:D13))) - OliverScheurichGold Contributor
