If would help if you can upload the document with dummy data so that others can guide you further.
Without having a look at the type of data or the details, it would be difficult to give proper suggestion.
You can upload the file on OneDrive or GoogleDrive and share the link too; or take the screenshot and upload after masking the confidential data,
