how to match few criteria and get the result?

Your formula XLOOKUP(XLOOKUP)) cannot work. However, it should work with VLOOKUP(XMATCH)).
=IFNA(VLOOKUP($C4,'Sheet 2 Workshop attended'!$B$2:$G$20,XMATCH('Sheet 1 Attendance'!D$3,'Sheet 2 Workshop attended'!$B$1:$G$1)),"")You cannot search for formatting with Lookup. Only the "Y" is ever output.
