How to mark up to the next nearest dollar minus $0.02?

I am trying to create a markup price list and I would like to be able to round the answers up to the whole dollar amount minus $0.02.  I have already used =(B1*.10)+B1 to get a 10% markup answer of $1.10 and I would like to take that answer and round it up to $1.98, is there any way to do this?
