How to lock formulas
How do I protect cells with formulas in them? I have a sheet that adds up values in columns and rows and I don't want to accidently enter vales into the cells with formulas. Column F and Row 11 ha...

Select all cells in the sheet (CTR+A)
On the Home tab, in the Alignment group, click the small arrow to open the Format Cells popup window (CTR+1)
On the Protection tab, uncheck the Locked check box, and then click OK.
- Choose the Cells you want to lock them (the one contains the formula), then
- On the Home tab, in the Alignment group, click the small arrow to open the Format Cells popup window (CTR+1)
- On the Protection tab, check the Locked check box, and then click OK.
- In the Review tab in the ribbon, in the Changes group, click Protect Sheet
- In the Protect window, put a password if you want, then click Ok
