HOW TO LEARN THE LAST CHANGING TIME OF A CELL

Hi

 

I need to know the date and time which a cell filled. For example, the a2 cell filled today at 10.09 a.m. , I wanna find (11.02.20 - 10.09) when I look at the workbook in two weeks later. Also need to know any changes like the a2 cell filled again at 10.11 a.m. then I just wanna see the date and time changed last. The first entry time(10.09 a.m.) is not important for me.

 

If you know any formula for this pls let me know
