If the spaces are the only difference:
Let's say your data are in column D.
Insert an empty column next to it, i.e. in column E.
In E1, enter the formula
=SUBSTITUTE(D1, " ", "")
Fill down.
Use conditional formatting on column E to highlight duplicates.
