How to fetch Same Values occurs in different columns in MS Excel?
- Jun 22, 2021
I have added Education and corrected the formula.
Clm.A Clm.B Clm. C Clm.D Clm.E
Stu. Name Sub./Papers
1 Amit Eco. Hindi - Computer
2 Sagar - Hindi Sanskrit Computer
3 Tom Eco. - Sanskrit Computer
4. Rahul Eco. Hindi - Computer
and So on.
Each Column should be unique Sub./Paper corresponding to the Student.
Thanks
But one student can have multiple papers with the same subject - for example student 3 has 1BA25T1, 1BA25T2 and 1BA25P1, all related to Computer Application. Do you want to see Computer Application just once for this student?

YES Sir,
One Student has 3 different subjects. My problem is that i want to filter (column-wise) all the students which have same subjects.
At this time, Say sub. Economics is in either Clm. A or B or C....
I want that if I filter for any of these subjects, I would got only the students of that particular subject AT ONCE, I.e. All Computer Application Code Comes only in One Column.
So How this can be done.
Thanks

See columns X and to the right in the attached version.
Remark: there are codes on the first sheet that do not occur on the second one, for example 1BA17T1 and 1BA17T2.
