How to disable scroll bounce animation when reaching to top of sheet?
Hi. When I scroll to the top of the page on Excel, it makes an animation that looks like the attached file (a gray space) and then bounces back to the first row. How can I completely disable this animation? It makes my computer CPU usage of Excel go to almost 20% when I do this, and sometimes it just freezes for 5 seconds the whole spreadsheet.
PS: I have already browsed through the options from Excel. Disabling hardware acceleration does not solve it. I am open to Regedit solutions
Regards

Do you have an Add-In installed? This may be the culprit?
- Frank Leonardo Espinoza CarreónCopper ContributorI have Kutools/Officetab/Ablebits and Macabacus. But I also tried it on the computer of my friend, that has a clean install of Excel, and it also shows the animation
