How to design simple assessment/test on excel with automatic result
I have conducted a digital literacy class for employees of a certain organization. I want them to write simple test and the result should print immediately after they submitted. Is there a possible way to do it in excel? If 'yes', how can I do it?

- literacy in what aspect of digital competency? (e.g., using Excel, using Word, using computers in general)
- how you'd test it on paper? (i.e., write out a few questions and responses that would be used if NOT in Excel)
