- copy all data from worksheet by pressing Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C. Now past the data to the worksheet you want using "Paste Special" as value.
There are many lookup functions (Vlookup, Index/Match, XLookup) in excel that can be used to copy or retrieve data from other worksheets or workbooks.

tauqeeracma Please see the attached sample. I have this excel sheet and I want to copy the entire row into new sheet whose column G is "ADVANCE/PAYMENT". Identifier is "ADVANCE/PAYMENT".
As per my understanding you need all rows where value in column G is "ADVANCE/PAYMENT". If this is the case then "Filter" option is best to get desired rows as shown below:
A file with filter option is attached for your reference.
