How to convert (not format) serial number to date?

Hello,

I have date and time columns in serial number format which I need in dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm format for another program to read. This means the data in each cell has to be converted to dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm, rather than simply changing the format in excel.
