How to change all cells to "Paste Special" Values

I am using Excel Office 365 and I have multiple data sources to input on a large spreadsheet from another spreadsheet, when I use CTRL+V to paste, I have to change the Paste to use "Values Special Paste" instead of carrying over the formula.

I want only the answer the other sheet gives, not the formula.

How do I change the entire spreadsheet to accept a Paste Special and automatically default to Values instead of "all"?

Each paste is carrying over 9 columns of data.

there is no setting in Excel to change the default paste behaviour.

But you can use a keyboard shortcut to paste only values:

    1. Do a Ctrl+V as you did before

    2. Then hit again only Ctrl, and after that, only V

It's not ideal, but much quicker than using the context menue with the mouse.
