How do I include a range in my IFS function?

I would like Excel to return "Great" as the overall rating if: the total score is less than or equal to 166 the total score is greater than or equal to 167 and less than or equal to 233 the total...

    Ashley Why IFS? Try this:

     

    =LOOKUP(C11,{0,167,234},{"Good","Great","Excellent"})

Ashley  The only problem you had was putting "" around the VALUES (making them text)

=IFS(C11<167,"Good",C11<234,"Great",C11<300,"Excellent",TRUE,"OFF THE CHART")

I removed the quotes and it worked "Great"

I also added a DEFAULT condition (i.e. if none of the other apply) and return "OFF THE CHART"
