Highlight Duplicate from another sheet

I'm have a spreadsheet to note rising costs, I need to highlight any duplicates from a previous month (on a different sheet). The formula would need to be over 2 columns on both sheets.    For exam...

    Hi Hans,

     

    I have made a separate file which only has those two columns on and removed sensitive data from them. Hopefully the link works and you are able to view it. Cannot seem to think of another way I would be able to share it.
