    Hi bramsburg 

     

     

    with above sample, Cond. Format. rule (Use a formula...) that applies to $A$2:$F$5:

    =AND(COUNTA($A2:$F2), ISBLANK(A2))

=AND(COUNTA($A2:$F2) > 0, ISBLANK(A2))
