Hide Overflow...for links
Context: Working on Excel desktop, but a trick to do this for Excel online would also be helpful. A Desktop only solution is fine though.
I know you can hide overflow for Text by formatting the cell as such: go to the "Alignment" tab and seect "Fill" in the "Horizontal" drop down. This works for me.
However, it does NOT work for cells with hyperlinks. Any solution to hide overflow for text from hyperlinks?
Thank you so much!

Select the cells you don't want to overflow
and right click on them
--> Format Cells ...
---> Alignment tab
--> Horizontal alignment
--> Fill
This should also work with hyperlinks
