help!!!

We have trainings which require sign up. We then log the completed training for each employee with the name of the training and the date.  Can I use excel to have a sign up sheet that will take the data and place it on a sperate tab for each employee.  The sperate tabs will have the individual employee, date of training and name of completed training.
