Help with TextBox, Formatting, Value and Linked Cell

Hello there, I am taking my template creation to the next level, and I am creating a dashboard. I am using Textbox and chapes. MY issue here is, when I link the textboxes with a cell, automatically it changes the format just to display the result from the link cell. But What I really want to do is link the cell to the text box so value from cell A1 can be shown in the textbox and don't remove the layout and formatting from the textbox. Also, when the value is negative, it should be displayed in red instead of normal automatic color negative.
