Help with Roster multiple tabs
I am trying to find a excel formula to find name in a cell (From dropdown list) that was saved on the (second sheet) Roster and automatically remove the name from cell if the name isn't found on an updated list from (another sheet) eTA Roster

What you're describing--not very clearly--doesn't sound like something that a formula, per se, would do; more like a VBA routine, or a macro.
But, as suggested, the description of what you're trying to do is not altogether clear, at least not to this reader. You could also help us help you by attaching an actual copy of the workbook--with fake names in order to protect privacy of the real people--images are generally inadequate to grasp the whole situation.
