Help with formula

It's rather difficult to offer help when you give no specifics on how your data is organized. Ideally, you'd attach a copy of your actual workbook, because any formula has to be designed with that specific workbook in mind. A poor substitute for the actual workbook would be a set of images. But please, unless it's all very confidential, attach a copy of the workbook itself, or a mockup that represents the actual accurately, but preserves the confidentiality of customers and product specifics.
