Help with Excel Formula
How do I get rid of the warning sign for this formula: =COUNTIF(E2:NF2,"YES"). Please note the cell are blank until I select yes, no, or late. I get the #NAME? error with this formula: =IFS(C2,...

IFS is only available if you have an active o365 account, perhaps thats why you are getting the #name?
Note: This feature is not available in Excel 2016 unless you have an Office 365 subscription. If you are an Office 365 subscriber, make sure you have the latest version of Office.
What warning are you getting with the countif? it looks like it should just work.
