novakdz Similar to a problem that came up earlier today in this thread.
Working with Named Ranges and INDIRECT will enable what you want to achieve, though you have to restructure your option lists.

Yes but where I got stuck was the duplicate data. I can’t remove it, I have to reference all the data in each category since each final test is different.

but I couldn’t figure it out the formula was too complex.

Must admit I'm progressing slowly. But, if you would consider to reorganise your lists (started with an example in Sheet1 in the attached workbook), I'm confident it can be achieved. But now I must, unfortunately go off-line for a while.
