Help separating text into columns in Excel delimiter isn't working properly. Any advice? Thank you!

So when I go to separate the columns, the delimiter won't find the second row of info so I can add it to another column, which is what I need to do. If there is a formula I could use, please point me in the direction, I am new at Excel and need any help I can get, thank you!
