Help required finding highest number in array and returning column and row header

Hi there!

I am having a problem and I hope you can help me. In this table I want to find the highest number and return the headers of the row and column, so in this example: highest number = 1, header column = 5 and header row = 3. How can I do this in formula form? breaking my brains about it for much too long haha.
