Help Please, I was thinking a "IF" Formula but I think that is the wrong 1

I have a spreadsheet with 17 worksheets. On 16 of them they have departments in columns D9:D16, they have 12 departments that get a dollar amount in columns F9:F18. I need a formula that bring all the same departments to a total at the bottom for each department. On my last worksheet I have a list of departments and I need all the total dollar amount and total quanity from the other worksheets to get a total for each departments. I have attached a sample of 2 of the worksheets. I figured I could use the same formula on the other 15 worksheets.
