Help needed: "Summarized by" function in Pivot Table is greyed out

Hi, when i do a pivot table and made a calculated field item, it doesn't allow me to summarize the calculated field item by count. All the functions are greyed out. Any idea why?

I'm using Mac 2016 excel.
