help my downloaded excel only shows #name?

Hi, I downloaded the excel file, but it shows that #name?

please help me how to fix this issue.

The workbook uses the FILTER function. This is only available in Excel in Microsoft 365 and Office 2021, and in Excel Online (the browser version), not in older versions.

thanks it is 2016... so I have to buy 2021 or 365?? or is there anyway I see the excel without any issue?

If you upload the file to Microsoft OneDrive, you can view it in Excel Online.
