Help me with Formulas pls!

Why not:

1. Select all cells in your table
2. Click the Insert Tab and click the Insert Table button (make sure you check the little box "My table has headings")
3. Click the "Insert Slicers" button and check the boxes next to "Inward" and "Outward"
