Help Finishing Macro

High,

I have two macros i need help completing.

1. I have criteria set to find transactions, i wish to populate all those that match the criteria given in "High Risk Criteria" to automatically populate onto the "High Risk Register" tab.

2. I have a macro to run emails for items which require follow up. I wish for it to run the message in Column Q of the "High Risk Criteria" Tab and email to the email in Columns S to U. Then post a flag in R once completed to avoid repeat.

Can someone please help.
