Help Categorizing Data
Hello! I'm sure that I have the verbiage wrong but I need help figuring out how to categorize some data.
I've attached some samples below. I fill out a weekly report that tracks how often products are featured in advertisements. The products are supplied by two different brands. Brand A and B. Is there a way for when I track the ad appearances that they can auto categorize themselves into each company category. In line 5 and 6 I track the total items in ad by distributor.
I know there is a way to do this, but I can't remember!

Depends on which calculation you'd like to do. For example, count number of Brand A products in weekly report is like
=SUM(COUNTIF(BrandA list,weekly list))SergeiBaklan Thank you for the help!
When I try this I keep getting a zero for the total. Any suggestions?
