Having problem display conditional formating and time stamp on a shared excel sheet.

Hi Marisal. It could be this as I have found problems with functionality when sharing sheets. When you share a sheet with someone it will open up in a browser. There is a button that says Open with Desktop App which is near the center just below the ribbon (easy to overlook) If they press this and close the browser when prompted all funtionality and formatting returns. I hope this helps 🙂
