I need help creating the last graph. My computer will not format the x and y axis the way I need them to.
Hey Jess,
I think i fixed the main issue by rebuilding the chart as a true Scatter Plot with a real value-based X-axis, setting the major unit to every 2 years. Check it out and let me know if its close to what you had in mind.
