getting a function error for no reason(?)

  Please help. I even tried =IF(C2>C14,1,0) but I get the same, however function AVERAGE works normally

mar1kor2  .... Have you tried

 

=IF(C2>C14; 1; 0)

 

That is, semicolon separators instead of commas.
