just add INDIRECT() around that cell reference:
=SUM(SUMIFS(DHM!$K:$K,DHM!$I:$I,INDIRECT($F$2)))
=SUM(SUMIFS(DHM!$K:$K,DHM!$I:$I,INDIRECT($F$2)))
