You shall use From Sharepoint Folder connector
Here use root URL of the Sharepoint site (not link on the folder or file). Connector gives you list of all files on the site, filter it on your file, remove unnecessary columns and expand content.

Oops... Yes, this connector is only for enterprise Office365 subscriptions, not sure about 2019. You may try if SharePoint.Files() https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerquery-m/sharepoint-files will work directly from M-script if code it in Advanced editor.
