Gantt chart error Excel 2016 Mac

Hello,

 

I haven't had a lot of experience with Gantt charts so I'm struggling to find the cause as to why the chart isn't updating.  

 

Attached is the spreadsheet with the error I'm trying to solve.  The "Project Schedule" tab works fine i.e. when the date in column "D" is updated, the corresponding cells in the row correctly format to fill in purple.  This doesn't happen on the "Leadership Team" tab.  The spreadsheet was given to me by a colleague to solve, so I'm not sure where the template came from.

 

As far as I can see, the conditional formatting formulae and data category of each cell is the same on both tabs.

 

Could someone with Gantt chart experience please take a look and work out what's going wrong?

    It looks like there are multiple named cells that sometimes have the same name as each other. So e.g. when I change cell D9 on the ProjectSchedule sheet, it changes the purple range on the Leadership Team sheet also, because the two CF rules both use the named range task_end and Excel is confused between them. Changing the names from the Name Manager and tidying up the rules should help.
