Functionality in Excel on line

I've made a file 3 years ago in Excel 365 or its predecesors, with the functionality Data Validation. I think it is. (I have the Dutch language on). in the functionality "validation" a cell corresponds with a list in that same file. When opening the file in some cells you get a pull down menu and you can choose between a number of options.

I transfer this file to OneDrive and when I open this file in OneDrive this functionality is not working anymore. I know that Excel on line does not have all the functionality, but until now I've had no problems. I've contacted the help desk but they can't help me. 

Is there anyone who encouters the same problem or can help me solve this problem?
